Warranty

Magicshine warrants to the original purchaser of its product that the product be free of defects in material and workmanship for the period of:

  •  Light head: TWO YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY from the date of purchase.
  •  Battery, charger and other accessories:  ONE YEAR  from the date of purchase.
  •  Lithium Battries: Store at Room Tempature, Allow partial cycle charges every 3 months, Do Not completely discharge.
  •  Ebike Lights to be installed by a authorised dealer failing to do so will effect any claims. 
  •  Sunglasses  will only be refunded if unused and in original packaging.

Warranty is only valid to products purchased from magicshine UK. Proof of purchase and product’s serial number printed on user manual/warranty card/packing box are required when obtaining warranty service.

This guarantee does not cover damages including but not limited to road hazards, improper installation, operation, willful abuse, unlicensed repairs, careless operation by individuals unauthorized by the owner of the product. Warranty does not cover consequential damage, damage or inconvenience caused by non-operation of the product. Water damage from incorrct usage ie.charging ports not secured peoplerly will invalidate warranty on all products. Magicshine’s liability is limited to either free repair or free replacement of warranted merchandise at Magicshine’s discretion. No credits or refunds will be issued.

At its sole discretion, Magicshine agrees to repair or replace products deemed by Magicshine lights to be defective. Magicshine reserve the right to replace a product with a like replacement that fulfills the same purpose. This replacement product may have graphics or finishing different from the original.

DO NOT return suspected defective parts directly to Magicshine or the seller. When a Magicshine product is suspected to be defective, it must be submitted into warranty inspection, either through authorized dealers or distributors. The entire product must be returned, not just the suspected defective part, shipped freight prepaid, together with the written description of the suspected failure, proof of purchase and the warranty card.

This limited warranty is in lieu of any other express or implied warranties, including implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchant-ability, or other similar standard. To the extent allowed by law, Magicshine is not responsible for any incidental, consequential, or special damages associated with a warranty claim.

This warranty only extends to residents of the United kingdom. International customers should consult their local dealer or distributor for warranty conditions in their area. Magicshine UK is not able to receive or ship product outside of the UK; we cannot be responsible for products ordered from UK dealers and shipped to another country. Service through the original seller may be available, if the local distributor is unable to assist.

Refunds 

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Returns we recommend sent 48hr tracked service, all products must include UN3481 battery label. Once found faulty due to manufacters defect we will refund the original shipping of £4.99

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All shipments will be sent Royal mail secound class Tracked at a price of £4.99. Any delivers that have not arrived please contact is at Magicshineuk@hotmail.com. lost items will need to be confirmed with Royal mail (usaily 25 days after item sent)

shipping out side of the Uk can be lible to Import duties paid by customer, charges will be inline with duties as stated by country. 

Affiliates Terms and conditions 

In order to maintain a high quality network for both Publisher and Advertisers, Magicshine UK  Affiliate reminds all applicants that Publishers” web site(s) and online activity must comply with Magicshine UK  Affiliate”s Publisher Service Agreement. By filling out and submitting this form, you agree to all terms of the Magicshine UK  Affiliate Publisher Service Agreement, including but not limited to the following obligations:

I warrant that I am at least 18 years of age.
 
 
I represent and warrant that I have the authority to act on behalf of the Company (if a company) entering into the Magicshine uk  Publisher Service Agreement and described in this Application, and I acknowledge, represent and warrant that all information is true, complete, and accurate, and I will keep all such information current with Magicshine UK. 
The Affiliate will act as an agent on behalf of the Company by placing links
on their website(s) to direct traffic to the Company website(s) registered
at (Domain Names). In addition, the Affiliate shall coordinate with the Company to carry out successfully the marketing, publicizing, and promotion of the Company’s products or services.
  1. The term of this Agreement will begin upon the Company’s acceptance of the Affiliate’s application. 
  2. The Affiliate is only eligible to earn commission fees of 10% or more on qualified purchases occurring during the term, and commission fees earned through the date of termination will remain payable only if the orders for the related products and services are not canceled and comply with all terms laid out in this Agreement.
  3. The Company may withhold your final payment of commission fees for a reasonable time to ensure that all qualified purchases are valid and payments from referred co mpany in its sole discretion. 
  4. Any Affiliate who violates either this Agreement or the Company’s Terms and Conditions will immediately forfeit their right to all accrued commission fees and be removed from the Company Affiliate Program.
  5. Without limitation, the Affiliate’s participation in the program and this agreement shall be deemed automatically terminated immediately and all commissions forfeited upon the Affiliate’s violation of any of the terms of this Agreement or any applicable law or regulation having the force of law.

The Affiliate promises and agrees to hold any confidential information in strict confidence and trust for the sole benefit of the Company, both during the term of this Agreement and at all times thereafter, and shall not use such confidential information for any purpose, whether or not for consideration, business or personal, other than as may be reasonably necessary for the performance of its duties according to this Agreement, without the Company’s prior written consent.

The Affiliate hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company,
its subsidiaries and affiliates, and their directors, officers, employees, agents, shareholders, partners, members, and other owners, against any claims, actions, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) (any or all of the foregoing hereinafter referred to as “Losses”) insofar as such Losses
(or actions in respect thereof) arise out of or are based on
The Company makes no representations or warranties regarding potential income that may result from the Affiliate Program. Commissions will be paid to the Affiliate based on customers who access the Company website through the Affiliate’s site.
Commissions will be based on gross sales price, not including any sales tax, shipping, special service fees (such as gift wrapping), late charges, collection costs, and any other payment made to the Company that is not the purchase price of the product.
The percentage paid as commissions is outlined in Schedule. Payments are made automatically on the last day of each month OR when the Affiliate’s account balance reaches £1000 or more for the previous months’ transactions. The Affiliate understands that the Company may change the payout amount at any time.
The Affiliate is responsible for determining if the payout for a link they placed on their site has changed or been discontinued. The Company reserves the right to deduct the costs for any products that are returned or refunded in the subsequent months, attributable to credit card fraud or bad debt write-off, or for any other reason if the previous commission was overpaid.
This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement and understanding between the Affiliate and the Company relating to the subject matter hereof and thereof and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous discussions, agreements, representations, warranties, and other communications between the Affiliate and the Company, written or oral, to the extent they relate in any way to the subject matter hereof.
