Shipping & Returns
Most orders will be shipped out in 2 business days using 2nd Class signed for by Royal Mail in the UK . In the event which orders fail to make delivery due to inaccurate, incomplete or un-deliverable address, we cannot re-ship your order without first receiving the returned package. Please make sure the shipping address is 100% correct when placing your order.
In the occasion you may need to return a product please email our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org with “RETURN REQUEST” in the subject line. Please also remember to include your contact information, order number, and reason for return in your email. We will reply as quickly as we can.

All returned products to be sent back via Royal Mail 2nd class signed for, click and drop where a refund of £4.00 will be issued on faulty returns.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
After We receive your return request via email, we will try to resolve your problem on the spot . In the case you may need to ship your order back to us, please make sure to include a note inside the package with your order number written on it and a print out of email conversations with our Magicshine customer service team. Products received in our facility without customers details will not be processed.
items not found faulty will be resposaible for the return postage of £4.00
Customers will receive a full refund if their orders have yet to ship or if Magicshine UK is at fault. Once the item ships, there will be a minimum of 15% restocking fee if Magicshine UK is NOT at fault. In order to receive a refund, we will have to receive the product back and unopened. In normal circumstances we will go ahead to refund your order minus a 15% restocking fee. In the rare case where we are unable to offer a refund, we will contact you via email. No Refunds will be issued if a product has been used.
